Gonzalo was born and raised in Peru, in a family that lived on faith, grit, and love. His grandparents built a small agricultural business from the ground up—he watched them lead with integrity, take care of their workers like family, and give their all for the land they owned. That shaped him.

At 19, Gonzalo moved to the U.S., worked nights in a kitchen, and found a way to put himself through college. Over the next decade, he built a career helping leaders across the private and nonprofit world solve big problems. But what stuck with him most wasn’t the boardrooms—it was the people. The business owners. The operators. The community builders.

Now, Gonzalo is channeling everything he’s learned into one purpose: buying and growing a business that matters. One that’s already been built with love, sweat, and sacrifice. As a proud Latino and a man of faith, he’s guided by a deep respect for legacy, family, and hard work.
